
Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients:
200g (7oz) dark chocolate, chopped
100ml (3.5 fl oz) double cream
25g (0.9oz) unsalted butter
Cocoa powder, desiccated coconut, or chopped nuts for coating
Steps:
Heat cream gently until simmering. Pour over chopped chocolate, add butter. Stir until smooth.
Cool in fridge 1–2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
Roll into small balls, coat in cocoa, coconut, or nuts. Optional: get creative with festive coatings. Warning: highly addictive.
